  HOW TO SELL A HOTEL THAT DOESN´T EXIST?
In January, four months before the hotel opened, the hotel was pre-launched with a record release party at a club in Stockholm. The entire hotel business community was invited and everyone received copies of the record that was a mix of music, illustrations, texts and information visualising the hotel. The launch was a hit and led to numerous bookings in advance.

The way the hotel was pre-launched, letting all the different parts “speaking for themselves”, was used in the campaign ads and in the booklets as follows.

 
       
 
 
 
 
                         
            THE RECORD BOOKLET
The record “Dawn, day, dusk, night” visualises different guests staying at the hotel. The music and the booklet’s hand drawn illustrations and texts create the atmosphere of the hotel-to-be. The booklet also contains facts about the hotel’s conference facilities, restaurants, amusements etc.
